Our team strives to complete your order as quickly as possible. Recent average delivery times have been 4-7 working days for orders placed within the Province of Quebec and 4-10 working days for those placed within Canada. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day (e.g.: an order placed at 6pm on Friday will be completed the following Monday).

Regarding the recent events around COVID-19, Canada Post issued this statement on their website: "Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Please track your item. Our call centres have no further information."

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online via the Canada Post tracking web page (service available for Canada orders only). Please note that it can take a few days before the tracking information is uploaded. Also, the tracking information you see on the Canada Post tracking service is the same information we see, so we do not have additional details about your order once it has shipped.

We do offer free local pick-up at our Montreal office. When entering your checkout information, select the pick-up option as your Delivery Method. Once placed, orders are ready for pick-up in the next 24 hours. Our pick up hours are during the weekdays, from 1pm to 4pm.

Eugene Textiles is actively committed to making a difference in its community through local organisations. However, you could submit the details of your charity campaign to info@camelotfabrics.com for evaluation.

We strive to keep our inventory up to date as best we can. If a product does not appear on our website, it is not available. For our home collections, like Mixology and Fresh Solids, we periodically replenish our inventory.

The costs of shipping will depend on the size and weight of the package.

For an exact estimate, you can add the items you want to purchase to your cart, proceed to the checkout section, and fill in the shipping information, which will reveal the exact cost. You do not have to complete the transaction if you do not want to.

We care about the quality of our product and the safety of our customers. Our cottons are labeled in accordance with federal regulations. They have not been tested for use as sleepwear.

Wholesale

To become a wholesaler, you need to be a registered company with a Business Number (Canada) or a Federal ID number (U.S.).
Fill out the proper Opening Account form according to your location (USA or CANADA) and email it to info@camelotfabrics.com.

Here are some important notes regarding becoming a wholesaler:

  • The total amount of your first order must be a minimum of $1000 before taxes.
  • A minimum order of 1 bolt (15 yards) is required per design.
  • There is no yearly amount required.
  • The minimum amount for your subsequent orders is $250.

Manufacturers cannot resell licensed product, in accordance with existing license and trademark agreements. Our rights extend to retail stores that resell our fabric.

Once your wholesale account is approved and activated, we will then be able to provide you with the wholesale price list.
